Only had one teams interview- with almost 4 years of relevant experience, they could only offer me $23/hr, which isn't even a livable wage in Denver let alone most places in the country. I would need 14 YEARS of experience to even be considered for what I am making currently. What a joke and honestly should be a crime to offer that little.
