It was over the phone. Smooth process. Straight forward questions. You need to answer wisely. If you are successful, they'll send you to the second interview. It is a phone interview for approximately less than 30 minutes.

HR was not asking the right questions. After one face to face interview and two phone interviews, the role was offered to me. After reasonable consideration, I decided not to accept the offer made by Aussizz.
