Very straight forward and seamless, your typical behavioural questions. Only one interview which was great there was no fluffing and they were prompt with an offer. Not a difficult interview although I’d assume this would vary

To start there was a group activity that lasted for about 20-30 minutes in total. We were to read a document and then answer and offer solutions to 3-4 questions as a group. After this, there was a 1 on 1 interview with one of their recruiters where they asked 4 behavioural interview questions.

The asked the standard aps questions e.g asking for examples displaying compatibility with their values. The panelists were very friendly but the interview was very structured and there was little natural flow.
