Very professional also enjoyed meeting a service user. I was relaxed and the questions were very clear. The staff present in my interveiw were nice. The interveiw lasted about 30 minutes. They asked a range of questions about autism and what i thought id be doing as a support worker.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Autism Together in Aug 2023

The interview process was conducted in a well-organized and professional manner. I gained a better understanding of the roles. The interviewers were consistently engaging throughout the interactions. The company has a strong and positive work environment.
