I was originally contacted by HR to come into the local branch for an interview, we spoke for about an hour. The interview was very informal and friendly, before leaving I was asked the position was still of interest. Upon responding that it was I was asked to take an integrity profile and a mechanical aptitude test. I was called for a second interview with the COO a few days later, upon completing this interview I took another personality/ IQ test online. The next step was to do a ride along with an area manager which lasted about 5 hours. All of this was more time consuming than it was difficult, everyone I met with was very friendly. The entire process took about a week and a half from initial contact to offer. I was offered a base salary, 4 month guarantee, company car/ cell/ gas card, and full benefits. Targeted first year income was said to be in the 60K range.

Totally the worst interview I've ever had! While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.
