I got a call and was invited to a test, which lasted 3 hours in total. It included IQ test (figures, text, numbers), language test and 170 psychological questions. A week later was invited again over the phone to an interview. Both times was a very short notice. I was ensured that a decision on the right candidate would be taken already same week. Finally no one ever came back to me with any positive or negative feedback, neither over the phone nor in writing. The hiring process started professionally, but unfortunately ended unprofessionally.
