Interview
1 on 1 with either the store manager or district manager. Hypothetical question such as " a a customer's car is overheating only when he comes to a stop what do you tell him?" Some basic questions the guardian background how much do you know love Automotive and if offered the position how much.

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

Question 1
Give an example of when you went above and beyond what was required.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
