you come on to the store ask for hiring person they come in greet takes you to the back where there is two chairs facing each other for the interview. if your getting hire as store manager, they tell you meet a group of other higher corporate members of 3-5 people each asking you questions

Long, slow at times. Multiple follow ups. Unclear directions. You at least have panels interviews with hiring managers and directors. Be prepared to get ask technical questions. Uses STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to assess past experiences.
Focuses on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Common questions: “Tell me about a time you had to analyze complex data” or “Describe a time you identified an error in financial reporting.”
