I had a 45-minute interview where nearly 40 minutes were spent discussing the company’s history which was good to know . The interviewer asked only three questions, one of which was technical, and I was not informed beforehand that a technical question would be part of the interview, so I didn’t feel adequately prepared.
I was given only about 3–5 minutes to speak, which made it difficult to properly present my experience and skills. The overall structure felt unbalanced and not very candidate-focused.The interview environment also felt unprofessional at times, as the interviewer appeared distracted and intermittently attended to their dog during the conversation, which made the experience uncomfortable.
