Aveda Institute interview questions

Entire interview process lasted less than 10 minutes. I am fairly certain they saw I was an Aveda alumni and requested I come for an interview without actually looking further at my resume. I was asked multiple times, questions that are answered extremely clearly in my resume. Eventually, she commented that the students are vicious and they like to "google and find dirt" on new educators, and she offered me up some hotels that were hiring in the area. Sort of condescending. but ultimately I think I was saved a major headache from the way she described the workplace.

The school is beautiful, and well stocked with all things Aveda. The interview was quick. I applied for the director position. It wasn't the right fit, I was offered another position. After careful consideration I had to decline. It was more a personal and commitment issue than the actual job. I think in another lifetime it would of a been a fun job.
