Initial phone screen, in person meeting with manager and a in person interview with VP that never came to fruition. The jerked me around for months. They were very attentive at first then stopped communicating. I would reach out and hear nothing. Then out of the blue months later they reach out again and expect me to be available the next day for an interview. I'm not sure what was going on because they for one didn't seem to ever be on the same page about the job title or its requirements. Then they would say one thing and it never actually happened. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. This is a very nice description of what happened honestly. They never even bothered explaining what happened. At one point they said sorry and that the job had been put on hold yet had failed to tell me until I had expressed frustration with the process. Then they act like the job is back on and then I get completely ghosted. Not even a rejection. That's just not acceptable.
