Very easy interview, very past process . I was applied through an agency and got the job 5 days after got interview by phone by an agency person, they gave me the address of the company and I started to work right after accepted the offer
Interview process is very simple they ask a few questions on how well you know computers and if you've built your own before. As for the on-board process you do one or two training slideshows and they put you to work right after.

Question 1
Ask if you have built a computer before, ask how well your pc knowledge is. Interview was done over the phone on about less than 20 minutes.

Interview
Given a call to Prologistix which is the Temp Service to get into Avnet as a Temp. Was asked questions about my skills and then given an interview for the next day. During the interview I had no choice of schedule. After the interview I had to complete a quick test via on a computer. Lastly, I had to do a drug test.
