Avo Photonics interview questions

There was no formal interview process. The team did not reach out after the interview. The hiring teams seemed very disorganized. It was impossible to contact anyone after the interview and I never heard back.

Got contacted by HR for 3 different roles over a 2 month period. Did multiple phone interviews before the head of HR finally realized I had done multiple phone interviews and 1 virtual interview already. I hadn’t heard anything back after the virtual interview with the hiring manager so I figured I had already been ghosted. Nope, they just move so slowly and HR seemed confused and like they weren’t tracking anything. Had another virtual interview with the site lead. Then I had an in person site visit. All that and I got completely ghosted. I even reached out to the HR person for an update and they couldn’t be bothered to answer. Company seems a mess
