Avon Gorge Hotel interview questions

2 interviews firstly with the head of the department (who was lovely) secondly with the regional manager for the department. I was so disappointed they made me submit my references and the interviewer made it seem as though I got the job only to make me wait more then a month to tell me they can no longer fill the position due to work being done on the building.
