I only attended the initial phone screen and asked not to be moved along in the process. Wasn't impressed with their talent acquisition team. Felt like they were demeaning my work experience and referred to it as "transactional," even though I'm from a much larger SaaS firm that has long sales cycles. I was shocked to hear how much they underpay for an Enterprise sales position—you could make more as a mid-market Account Executive at most places in the valley. Overall, their compensation and work culture seems stuck in 2017. Very limited WFH options, no 401k match, and a massive underpay for the base salary. They do have unlimited PTO, whatever that means. Another red flag for me was that the talent acquisition team said that >90 percent of their sales floor hits goal every month—doesn't seem like the org sets goals that help people develop. All in all, I was unimpressed by talent acquisition team's lack of polish, and the organization's serious compensation deficiencies.
