Interview
1st contact: Interview/screen call with recruiting team
2nd contact: Interview with two implementation team leads
3rd contact: Interview with head of implementation
I'm super disappointed that I wasn't offered a position because this company is awesome. Everyone I met throughout this process was extremely encouraging and approachable.
The interviews were your standard 5-10 questions many of them STAR questions. Each interview is schedule for 30 minutes and lasts exactly that long. Be prepared to have concise answers. I didn't have enough time to ask all my questions at the end of the second interview.
I asked the Head of Implementation if he thought I would be hired from our discussion and he give me a very honest and positive answer, so even though i didn't get the offer I still got great experience interviewing for this type of role and got the feedback needed to prepare myself for future applications.
They are looking for three things...
1. Project management experience
2. Customer relation skills
3. Technical savvy
Where I have great aptitude for 2 and 3, I was lacking in experience for 1. That's not to say that I don't have experience with project management but I wasn't able to articulate that the experience I have - although not in SaaS - translates regardless of industry.
Overall it was great meeting the team and company and I wont be giving up just cause I failed this round of hires.

Awardco was quick to reach out 4-5 days within each interview and reached out via text because thats what I chose. It made communicating easy, on my first onsite interview the secretary who I'd been communicating with gave me a hand written note thanking me for taking the time to interview and wishing me luck. They also took me on a tour around the campus to get a feel of what the company energy was like.

Interview
I first had a phone interview with Jazzy and she was so great - I felt so comfortable being myself with her and talking about my experience. She was very validating and positive which only boosted my confidence. Super appreciate her!
Second interview was with an Implementation Specialist Lead and he was super chill. He asked questions that were thoughtful and not your standard interview questions. I appreciated his honesty in what type of person they were looking for - it helped me narrow down whether or not it was a good fit for me and the company.
Last interview was with a couple of managers within the Client Success/Implementation team. Naturally, I was a bit more nervous to meet with them since they are higher up. But they were super down to earth and so nice. They only asked a couple of questions and then we just chatted for the remainder of the time.
Jazzy immediately followed up to tell me when they would make a decision by (within a week). She was spot on! I got a call from her with the good news of getting a job and then proceeded to be super detailed with what next steps were.
10/10 to the recruiting team and the interview process!
