      Web Production Associate Interview

      8 Apr 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Away in Mar 2019

      Interview

I received an email to set up a phone call about a week after applying online. I then spoke to the hiring manager on the phone. It went well and she sent me an assignment. I completed the assignment and then radio silence. I followed up with no response. This is honestly extremely unprofessional and upsetting, a rejection is always better than nothing - especially after completing an assignment that took up my time. I recommend not treating applicants this way because you really never know how life goes and I am now very much uninterested in ever working at Away or for the hiring manager who ignored me.
