Axelle Fine Arts initially contacted me by phone, the phone interview gave a broad overview of who the company is and what they do. They were very up front about what they were looking for from their employees and what to expect on the job. A few days later I had a one on one interview, once again all of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. They let me know that they would be interviewing others for the same position, and let me know by email later on that they had chosen another candidate.
