-Initial phone screen to gauge prior HR/recruiting experience, any recruiting software used, knowledge of IT, salary expectations
-2 rounds of interviews, ~1 week apart, with directors, account managers, and senior team members
-Offer ~3/4 days after 2nd round interview

Nothing terribly difficult. Interview seemed intended to gauge demeanor for speaking to candidates, prior experience in recruiting, and general knowledge about IT and finance.
