I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Axis Communications (Boston, MA)
Interview
Long Interview Process I had to interview 5 times. 1 video interview 1 phone interview and 3 in person interview. Many technical questions were asked and they are looking for people with great personality laying won't get you the job. Present yourself properly and also research the company. The process was bit challenging because I had no direct communication with the employer I had to go thru the recruiter which to an extend was a positive things as they share a lot of helpful information for this employer.

Question 1
Many technical questions you must know your stuff.

Interview
The process felt very clueless and lacked clear direction. It seemed like the team didn't have a firm grasp on what they were looking for technically; the interview questions were overly simplistic and skewed heavily toward 'vibes' and cultural fit rather than actual skill assessment.Massive time sink.

Interview
Very good interview process. They were thorough. The compensation package was very unusual. The roll pays less than I may currently. There was no wiggle room on negotiation. I left scratching my head how you could pay so little and then still put a cap on sales goals. The benefit package was very good.

Interview at Lund HQ with director and senior engineer. Interview took about 45 minutes. Received offer next week within 6-7 days and started working in the next month. Overall great experience.
