1. Behavioral screening with two questions.a) Pick the words that other people think about you b) What you think about yourself 2. HR phone call 3. Onsite interview I was able to answer first 4 questions. For last question , I never got scope for performance tuning in my experience.I was not able to answer properly. Interviewer cut the interview abruptly . He could have gave me another chance with another question. Hundreds of thoughts running into mind during interview. Cutting the interview abruptly , I felt humiliated . I could sense he felt me worthless for next question. I am very respectful at my current place for my work and work ethic. I have designed very complex systems . Anyway but even for me few lessons learnt. To brush up lot of things even if i didn't have scope to work on those. Actually Thanks for him .
