Engaged by a recruiter and sent an link to take a Predictive Index (PI) Assessment, initial phone interview with recruiter took place first, then interviewed with manager. Process from application to third interview and notification of no-offer is too long. The interviewer was pleasant, however the interview process was long, drawn out and tedious and feels as if you're being screened to join a secret society, rather than join a team of legal professionals. Three interviews is just too much and too many boilerplate impersonal screening questions, with little to no information provided or discussion about the actual role and expectations. The interview process is too long with little follow-up along the way regarding status. Unnecessary waiting game. Review resume's, pick potential candidates, set interviews, move the process along and stop wasting people's time with 45-minute interviews asking a bunch of stupid questions attempting to screen people's personalities rather than review their relevant job history and qualifications for the position.
