I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ayming (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was long and inefficient. The final interviewed was rescheduled multiple times, and the interviewers were not the ones proposed in the interview invitation email. Four/Five rounds in total. 1. HR call - this is not quite an interview, but the worst thing that I found is that she doesn't listen to you carefully. I literarily asked 'if you can offer sponsorship' as my very first question , and she said yes, but by the time I got an offer, she said we can't offer sponsorships anymore, what a waste of time. 2. Behavioural interview - general questions about how the company works. 3. Writing task - identify where the research and development happens. 4. Final round - more questions about your previous experience, why Ayming, etc. The interviewers were all very nice aside from the HR lady. The HR was extremely slow in responding, and I needed to email her every time for an update.
