      Project Manager Interview

      14 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Azavea in Dec 2018

      Interview

I applied in September. I emailed with HR back and forth for 4 months until I received an email that congratulated me because I was getting a phone screen. Wowie. This really put me off, I thought it was obnoxious but I proceeded. I was interviewed with a poor connection by 2 men who had apparently googled standard quasi-tech interview questions. They asked me if I liked being held accountable. The interview was 19 minutes total. They were sanctimonious and I felt like they had no idea what they were doing, A few days later I received a boilerplate rejection email with zero feedback. Not really a group of people I would like to encounter ever again. They make such a big point about how nice the company is- but if this is the face you want to put forward, acquire some intestinal fortitude and quit the snowflake rage.
