B Futurist interview questions

I applied for this job on the 8th of April 2026 Response to the application came on 1st May. They sent the case study materials via a LinkedIn message. The format of the case study is 12 minutes video: 2 minutes for the introduction and 10 minutes for the case study answers. The time given to submit the case study is 5 days. They also mention scheduling a call with the hiring manager in the same message (without reviewing the case study results first). After submitting the case study video, I scheduled the call for 18th May, since this was the earliest available date. On the 17th May, after reviewing the case study, they sent a rejection pointing out what was missing in the case study. First of all, it was on such short notice to reject the application (20 hours before the interview). The expectation to provide all the details for the lengthy case study questions in just 10 minutes, did not make sense. Very unprofessional Candidate Experience - 0/10
