Applied through the website and received a follow up email within a couple of days. They then scheduled a phone interivew that took about 15 minutes. After that they scheduled an in person interview where you met with your supervisor and a couple of employees. They emailed an internship offer about a week after the in person interview.

This interview process was very simple, but I felt this company really cared about learning about me and helping me grow in the industry. Very comfortable and thorough interview.
