I met with several people, took a test, met with them again and again. I interviewed at least four times, separate people on different days. It was pleasant, but a long process.

I had to take a test of an existing brochure. I found errors they didn't even know were on there.

Interview
Was kept waiting for 20 minutes into my scheduled interview time. First given company orientation by Hiring manager. Later introduced to software development staff of three. They asked me to summarize my experience as it related to the prospective position. They seemed interested and pleased when I started showing screen shots of my work and the unique features I had developed. It was a pleasant interview. Although with them sitting on either side of me, it was more difficult to be responsive to all the questions asked. I had a sore neck afterwards.
