It was pretty simple. The interviewer just asked if the schedule and current benefits were okay. They wanted to hand over the job right then and there. I wanted to think about it more seeing as I wanted to go to another job interview that day just to keep my options open . Management also showed me around the factory, but also English is not a first language for these guys. Verily understood what they were saying. Upon bad reviews and the environment, I decided to decline the day after. By the way, if you see a review on May 27 saying positive things about the company, that only came in after I told them that certain employees spoke negative of them. It seems they like to cover their tracks and not give a honest answer of the structure of the company.
