Applied online, received email requesting interview, arrived for interview and had 2 1/2 interview with two people. Owner who did not speak much English and interpreter. They asked quite a few questions about situations they were having with employees and how I would handle them. Basic things on how to treat people and run a department but they were evidently having a lot of issues. It sounded like expectations were not clear people were not sure what was going on. It also sounded like some inappropriate behavior was allowed by some but not by others. It was clear that problems abounded.
