I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BACL (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online. Got a phone call within a week asking about resume. I was then emailed a form to fill out about typical education, work experience, and expected pay. A week later had webcam interview with test engineering lead about previous work/ rf/ testing experience and expected pay. 2-3 weeks later had in person interview asking the same stuff from the webcam interview and then was verbally offered lowball pay. 2 weeks later was emailed another lowball offer saying that I would need to accept within 2 days. I declined. Absolute waste of time. If you ask expected pay twice and you are not even in the ballpark, do not waste my time asking me to coming in.
