Exciting and fun interview process. Little daunting presenting to the team but really enjoyed the task, set to describe and the art, plenty of time to research beforehand. Clear interview schedule, well organised

Interview
My interview was positive and relaxed, thanks to the lovely interviewers. The questions were as you would expect for a cafe role and not too difficult to answer. However, the lack of post-interview feedback was disappointing and would have been incredibly helpful for professional growth.
