Der Ablauf war ein Standard Telefon-Interview nach Leitfaden, es wurde auch kein Geheimnis drum gemacht, dass nur Leitfadenfragen gestellt werden. Das Interview war kein Gespräch sondern eher ein Abfragen. Gesprächspartnerin wirkte sehr desinteressiert

Applied in December, did an online test then phone screening in January. Told me during the phone screening call that a decision will be made in 2 weeks and the whole process is 6 weeks. Received rejection email almost 4 weeks later. I already accepted other offers. Compared to other large companies, there were no human connection, the process was made unnecessarily unpleasant, like I owe them something. It is a mutual selection process, even I get to the next round, I will not choose this company. It has no respect for other candidates. Will not apply again.
