I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BB&T (Birmingham, AL) in Oct 2011
Interview
Lateral move from Research Department. Basic instructions were given because I would relieve the reception desk for breaks and lunches. Salary stayed the same until review time rolled around. The job was offered to me without me having to ask. I did have to put in a transfer notice. Smooth transition.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BB&T (Winston-Salem, NC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call right away to schedule a phone interview with one of the Executive Consultants. Then had a one-hour interview with three of the team members the following week, and later had another one-hour interview with a Department VP. All in all, the process from apply to job offer was about two weeks.
