A simple string manipulation question, focusing on validating a number given to you based on patterns provided.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BBD (Johannesburg) in May 2022
Interview
You get into a call with 2 members. A Director and one of the people that will be training you. They ask various questions and scenarios but is generally just a casual discussion
Did initial online assessment. Then I had a telephone call. The online assessment was a timed 2 hour assessment and the phone call was a behaviour interview. After the call, they said they had met their allocated number of slots.

The interview was quick and how logical your response is. the take-home test was a large amount of work in a short period of time and I felt it to be unreasonable
