Lack luster, rushed, ready to fill the spot without taking the time to find the right fit. Challenging to ask questions when the process seemed rushed and uninterested in the candidate. Pleasant conversation, but not enough to determine next steps.

I went through five rounds of interviews- the Talent recruiter, the Senior Vice President, the Vice President, the AD and the AS- and majority of the team was fairly new-recently hired.

Asked the average normal questions asked at an interview- favorite examples of ads, strengths, weaknesses, situational impact, etc.
