I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at BBS, Inc. (Woburn, MA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Saw the job on Monster.com and looked interesting. Looking for a career change and hit a glass ceiling at my current job.
Wanted room for advancement and opportunity. BBS said it was offering just that.
Applied online. Entering BBS, from the second I walked in, I felt the energy of the work environment. A very young, fast paced, fun work environment. Everyone I met was smiling and excited to introduce themselves. Not what I was used to from previous jobs. Almost odd that everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Sat down with a hiring manager for a 20min interview and asked approx 8-10 questions about myself, previous employment and leadership responsibilities.
Invited back for a second round interview and got a cup of coffee with a "account manager". This was also a first for me, but it went really well. The goal for BBS is not for the hiring managers to sell themselves of why you should work for them, but for the account managers to explain the business from their point of view and experiences. I think I asked the poor account manager at least 30 questions.
I was invited for a 3rd round interview and offered the position.
