Interview
Take a personality test. If you fail it then they will not hire you. If you pass then you will meet with the branch manager. In some cases the branch manager will hire you directly but more recently the district manager will be your second interview. They will ask behavioral based questions

Interview
thorough, but the process moves rather quickly. 30-45 days. Did a phone interview (brief), face to face interview, drug test, and fingerprints. They will ask if you do any outside business activity. It may be a conflict of interest, so be prepared to stop that activity if you want to get hired.

Interview
My friend hired me, so it wasn't a true interview process. This happens a lot here. Out of the last 20 new hires 19 are from Chase. It is a bank so you have to pass finger print, back ground check, and drug tests. Also must have or get 6/63 life and health to be Senior FSA.
