The interview process was nicr,but caught me a little off guard. I wasn't asked any traditional questions. The interview was more like a conversation. I feel like I was trying to steer the subject back to the job too much. She genuinely was interested in me, and I was interested in the job. I honestly think that is why I wasn't called back. If you get an interview let then steer the conversation and go with the flow.
