Email invite to attend the interview A test is given for 30 mins, once you clear the test you have a meeting with the Head of Operations for 2 mins, interview with the BDM and then the CEO. Firstly, an interviewer should mention in advance about the test and make sure about the roles and responsibilities. When i first attended the interview, i inquired about the role to which i was told that there were many roles which included "Manager and TL"; unfortunately this is not true This is a very small office ( about >1000 sqft) located in Koramangala or Ejipura, i felt a little claustrophobic as 15 employees were present in such a small space...surprising!!!!, I would have accepted provided they had better infrastructure
