Interview
It was a multiple set inteview, starting with a video recording, phone call interview, in person interview, job offer. you will meet with three of the surrounding area managers. when you apply to becu as an mc you get placed in a pod ( a group of NFCs) that you will eventually get placed into.

the interview questions ranged from many different aspects, they really want to try and draw a picutre form the questions and your personality. they arent judging you persay but they are trying to draw a picture of what youre really like
