The first interview was over the phone with their HR Recruiter who was quite nice and pushed for me to move to the next phase. The second interview was over Teams on screen with 2 hiring managers and I felt like one of the managers was against me from the beginning. They asked me the same thing twice when the 3rd GM came on briefly, and questioned my answer as if I was lying. I had never had an experience quite like that. I had waited over 3 weeks for the 2nd interview and another week after the interview to find out I was not what they were looking for.

The questions were standard and the experience was very comfortable. Interviews were not in person due to changes since COVID. It was long enough ago that I really don't have any memory of specific questions.
