I don't want to come across as a negative Nancy so I'll just stick to the facts. BECU proudly totes a response time of 9 working days and claims to respect your time and efforts. They do not. Not only was I left waiting to hear back long after I submitted my application but I never received a response to any of my attempts to reach out and follow up on the status of my application. In the end I received a generic automated response rejecting. At least it is a response but if they give a specific timeframe for sending that response as they do on their site and in the first email you receive when submitting the application then they need to stick to that schedule. Frankly, it is more insulting and aggravating to be promised a response within a certain timeframe and then be ghosted until well after that time has passed.
