For freshers it will be All India Written Exam (previous) / Candidates selected through GATE (present) and for experienced it will be vacancy based notification and shortlisting followed by personal interview

they asaked me about my engineering college work, previous work and why i am leaving trhe old company, and then started asking in thermla engieerng, engineering emchanics, fluid dynamics and material science.
