BESTAgency interview questions

They received my resume, then called to make an interview appt. I arrived and had to wait about 20 minutes because they were running late. I interviewed with the Director of Operations and another manager in a room that had glass walls so it was really uncomfortable and distracting because they would watch people that would walk by and even acknowledge them.
