The Director of Sales conducted an interview, I had a panel interview first and second standard. The HR Director was in attendance and the VP of Sales and Marketing. It was professional, timely, and comfortable for a panel interview. The team painted a strong depiction of the company and it's principles. They felt I was over-qualified and I was, but I was willing to take a pay and rank cut to join a new industry- Horticulture & Growing
