BI Incorporated Sr. IT Project Manager interview questions

Phone interview where hiring manager was late and was clearly doing all sorts of other things on her computer. In the face-to-face interview, the hiring manager was busy and in and out of the room. The other 3 interviewers were nice enough, but very unorganized and constantly talked over each other. Several times a different person asked a new question when we weren't finished with the old one. Very poor communication throughout the process and no acknowledgement of the time and mileage spent to interview here.
