I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BI WORLDWIDE (Edina, MN) in Mar 2021
Interview
Crowd interviews, welcome to the nineties anyone? I found the process to reveal little about the organization, and really only serving the purpose of preventing any meaningful information about the firm from escaping. I had to fill out a personality quiz that I never got to see the results of, and the group interview was filled with people carrying organizational titles of little importance. Little was clarified about the job at hand. I seem to remember explicitly discussing what I believed about software development processes and getting an answer which was completely at odds with how the organization actually ran.
