I was contacted at first by phone, after 2 months of the initial phone screen, I was contacted again to visit headquarters where I had a meeting and interview with HR staff, after presenting the corporate culture and career paths, I was offered to take exams, technical and psychological. At the same moment I received the explanation of the hiring process, so after the exams, they call you regardless your result, to invite you again or to say thanks for participating. After this a second techical exam, then after passing the second test, you take an assesment with all the candidates, where your creativity, decision making process, communication skills, team work spirit is tested along several test. Finally at the end, having passed all the steps, I was required to have a medical check.
