Feedback during the process was consistently positive, and every round went very well. However, after completing the final round, there was a prolonged period of silence (nearly two weeks) with no clear updates despite follow-ups. Communication only resumed after repeated outreach, and the rejection was eventually conveyed without timely clarity. While I received an AI Generated templatised feedback at the end, the overall experience felt unnecessarily stressful and avoidable. Being kept in limbo for weeks after clearing the culture fit round creates uncertainty and leaves candidates feeling undervalued.
