There were four colleagues present at the interview. One of them asked two standard questions: What do you know about BKK and introduce yourself. After answering these, another started to talk about the organizational unit inside BKK, its roles, responsibilities, history, and the position I applied for. Sometimes I could interrupt his story with questions but about 80% of the interview he was talking. Then they asked me about my salary expectation, and I answered. The two other employees did not say a single word besides greeting and their names, they looked quite exhausted. It was very weird that they did not ask anything challenging.
